Uniting a Cell and Gene Kingdom in Article with the Medicine Maker

Both Cryoport Systems’ own Robert Jones, Vice President of Global BioServices, and Mark Sawicki, President, CEO, and Chief Scientific Officer, shared details of our recently announced partnership with Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Catapult in an article for The Medicine Maker. The article, titled Uniting a Cell and Gene Kingdom, explores both organizations’ unified commitment to establishing the first global supply chain logistics center in the UK.

According to Jones, the partnership has several key objectives including “optimizing just-in-time logistics, simplifying UK import and release procedures, and implementing digital supply chain enhancements.” Both Cryoport and CGT Catapult are using these identified objectives to “accelerate the development and commercialization of cell and gene therapies in the UK.”
